Question 1

Is Moni safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transfers move through regulated partners named in our Terms of Service, you see the exact rate and fee before you confirm, and we notify you the moment a transfer's status changes. If anything feels off, reach out to our support team.

Question 2

How fast are transfers with Moni?

Accepted Answer

Transfers are typically completed within seconds to minutes, depending on the destination and amount.

Question 3

What happens if a transfer fails, is delayed, or my recipient can't claim it?

Accepted Answer

Your money doesn't disappear. If a transfer fails (for example, your recipient's ID doesn't match or a pickup code expires) or it takes longer than expected, in the large majority of cases the funds are returned automatically to your Moni balance, and we notify you the moment the status changes. If it stays stuck, our support team follows up until it's resolved.

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees. Moni charges a fixed fee per transfer, currently $1.98, with no hidden FX spread, and you'll see the exact amount at the moment of your transaction.
