What happens if a transfer fails, is delayed, or my recipient can't claim it?

Your money doesn't disappear. If a transfer fails (for example, your recipient's ID doesn't match or a pickup code expires) or it takes longer than expected, in the large majority of cases the funds are returned automatically to your Moni balance, and we notify you the moment the status changes. If it stays stuck, our support team follows up until it's resolved.

No hidden fees. Moni charges a fixed fee per transfer, currently $1.98, with no hidden FX spread, and you'll see the exact amount at the moment of your transaction.
